With High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Workouts, Camp Fit members can burn up to 1,000 calories per class, which enhancing cardio and building lean muscle.

Our members build lithe, strong muscle tissue by delivering powerful blows to heavy punching bags, and build flexibility and agility by practicing roundhouse kicks and hooks. 

Camp Fit members can build their core strength and endurance with medicine balls, enlist a qualified personal trainer to practice their newfound boxing skills, or just torch calories during intense and non-contact total-body power hour workouts with a group!
